The Bluewater Baby hull and deck are crafted in true hand lay up fashion,
and resin to fiberglass ratios are carefully controlled creating maximum strength for weight.
Biaxial and matted fiberglass fabric along with two different high tech, no wood, cores
are laminated in a matrix of polyester resin to create a hull and deck that is exceptional
in stiffness and strength and is not subject to rot or decay.
In a manner similar to that used in the assembly of custom offshore cruisers,
the hull and deck are bonded together.
The resulting structure is strong and rigid, yet light.
Foam flotation in excess of USCG requirements ensures the Bluewater Baby is unsinkable.
